Brand New Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room Project |

We thought we would share some before, during and after photographs of a recent new kitchen we designed and fitted in the North East.
This project was carried out in Sacriston and involved the full removal of an old kitchen, changes to the layout of 3 rooms and the
installation of a bespoke, beautifully designed new kitchen.

Phase 1 | Removal of Old Kitchen
This project involved the full rip out of
an old, dated kitchen.
Phase 2 | Removal of Wall
We carried out the safe removal of a load-
bearing wall, stud wall and arch and fitted a
new lintel.
Phase 3 | Rewiring
We then carried out a full rewire of the kitchen,
dining room and living room.
Phase 4 | Plastering
Next, we plastered all walls and ceilings in the
kitchen, dining room and living room.
We carried out the installation of new LED
ceiling spotlights in all three rooms.
Phase 5 | Lighting
Phase 6 | Flooring, Skirting &
Architrave
Then came the next step: to plywood the entire
floor and fit quickstep vinyl flooring to all 3 rooms.
We also fit new skirting and architrave in all 3
rooms.
Finally, we completed the design and installation of a beautiful bespoke kitchen. The kitchen included the
following: Alnwick style doors in light grey and graphite, oven and integrated microwave in a made to
measure tall unit, touch control ceramic hob modern angled extractor hood, Black Quartz worktops and a
Black Granite composite sink with a spring pull out tap, as well as a New designer radiator.

The Completed Project
